Use of this Web site constitutes your acknowledgement that you have read, and
agree to, the terms and conditions of use presented herein. If you do not agree
to any part of these terms and conditions, you must not access or use this site
in any way.
This site and all of its contents are the copyrighted property of

coding (together comprising the "contents") are the property of BachelorBlowOut
and/or its various third party providers. No part of the contents may be
reproduced, modified, removed, sold, transferred, or otherwise distributed
without the express written permission of BachelorBlowOut and/or the applicable
third party providers. All BachelorBlowOut trademarks and trade names used on or
in connection to this Web site shall remain the exclusive property of
BachelorBlowOut, and your use of this site shall not be deemed to give you any
rights in or to any trademarks of BachelorBlowOut.
The contents of this site are for personal use only. You may only use this
site and its attendant services to make legitimate reservations and purchases.
You agree that you will not use this site or the representatives of BachelorBlowOut to make false, fraudulent or speculative reservations or
purchases.
Much of the information on this site is supplied by third party providers,
and BachelorBlowOut accepts no responsibility for errors, omissions,
inaccuracies or misleading statements which may appear anywhere on this site,
whether or not they were supplied by third party providers.
The tour operators, cruise lines, airlines, hotels, car rental companies, and
travel gear and accessory manufacturers on this site are third party providers,
and BachelorBlowOut has no control whatsoever over their actions or inactions.
BachelorBlowOut is not responsible for third party failure to perform, breach of
contract, or any action, intentional or negligent, which results in any loss,
injury, delay or damage to you or your property or to anyone traveling with you,
or to the property of that party. BachelorBlowOut cannot and does not guarantee
third party provider reservations, timeliness, employee conduct, or the
performance of scheduled flights, cruises or tours, or the availability of hotel
rooms or rental cars.
BachelorBlowOut does not warrant the contents of this site as to accuracy,
non-infringement, merchantability, completeness or fitness for a particular
purpose. All warranties thereof, express or implied, are disclaimed. In no event
shall BachelorBlowOut be liable for any loss, damage, injury, claim or any
special, punitive or consequential damages of any kind arising from use of this
site, even if BachelorBlowOut has been advised of the possibility of such
damages. In the event that your state does not allow the exclusion or limitation
of implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or
consequential damages, the above exclusions may not apply to you.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Nevada, and
you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal
courts in Clark County, Nevada, in all contingencies and disputes
arising from your use of this site.
BachelorBlowOut reserves the right to change any aspect of this site, or to
modify, add, or cancel any of these terms and conditions. You agree to abide by
whatever terms and conditions are in effect at the time of your use.
BachelorBlowOut reserves the right to restrict or terminate your access to
this site if, in its sole discretion, BachelorBlowOut believes user conduct
violates any applicable law or is harmful to BachelorBlowOut or to any third
party provider.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable,
such provision shall still be enforced to the fullest extent of applicable law
and shall not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions.
These terms and conditions represent the entire agreement between you and
BachelorBlowOut.
Reservations Booked through BachelorBlowOut.com
You must be 21 years old to check into a hotel in Las Vegas and will be asked
to present a valid picture I.D. at time of check-in. Other restrictions may be
imposed by individual hotels and these will be noted on the reservation request
page. Reservations made for other holiday, event and convention periods may also
be subject to special restrictions and/or may be non-refundable. If you need to
get in touch with BachelorBlowOut.com, call 877-BBO-PARTY. We will get back to
you within 48 hours or less. Security and privacy - unless you select otherwise,
whenever using the BachelorBlowOut.com reservation services, you automatically
will be communicating over a secure network using encryption technology. Your
information will be as secure as using the 1-800 phone-in option.
The package price for a party is subject to change until the first payment for a party is received.
The first payment made for the party by the party planner is non-refundable.
Upon receipt of this payment, all hotel rooms are booked, and the package price
is locked in for a period of 30 days. All payments by party attendees are due within
30 days of the first payment for the party. After 30 days, packages with hotel rooms
that have not been paid for are subject to cancellation, and the package price is not subject
to change. Attendees may register to attend a party beyond 30 days of the first payment
for the party, but the package price is subject to fluctuation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The party planner's payment is considered the down payment for the party.
The down payment for the party is completely non-refundable. All other
cancellations will be subject to a 15% refund charge. Refunds can be requested
up to 7 days in advance of the party. Refunds must be requested by email by
writing refunds@bachelorblowout.com . Any cancellation must result in all
rooms being filled to capacity, or no refund will be issued.
Therefore, please try to coordinate with the other party attendees before
requesting a refund to insure all rooms are filled. Reservation changes subject
to the difference in hotels' nightly room rate plus any change charges, if
appropriate.
All services purchased through BachelorBlowOut.com such as limo tours and
concierge services are non-refundable regardless of reason for cancellation.
We accept only credit or debit cards for payment. Credit and debit cards
accepted are: American Express, Master Card, Visa, Discover. Your credit / debit card will
be charged in full at the time your reservation is made. If your credit card is
declined, your booking will be canceled and we will attempt to notify you, if
you have provided us with a valid e-mail address or phone number.
Vegas Hot Spots, LLC shall have no responsibility for any travel related
problems you may experience. We will provide special request information to
the individual hotels, however, Vegas Hot Spots, LLC cannot guarantee these
requests. Vegas Hot Spots, LLC shall not be liable for personal injury,
damage or property loss from the acts, omissions or negligence of any person
providing accommodations. Vegas Hot Spots, LLC is not responsible for any
inconvenience that may eventuate if you must be moved to another hotel for
any reason. Vegas Hot Spots, LLC in no way guarantees VIP services provided
through the limousine tours. For VIP nightclub packages, BachelorBlowOut will
provide admission to the selected nightclubs and front of the line access.
These services are subject to normal challenges of providing such a unique
service, but the best effort will be made to ensure all our commitments are
met.
The data and services provided by BachelorBlowOut.com are provided "as is."
Vegas Hot Spots, LLC does not warrant the accuracy, completeness or fitness for
particular purpose of any of the data or services provided by Vegas Hot
Spots, LLC, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law disclaims all implied
warranties in connection with such data or services.
In no event shall Vegas Hot Spots, LLC be liable for any losses, injuries,
claims, or damages (including incidental, consequential, lost profits or lost
savings) arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the reservation
data and services. In the event such limitation of liabilities is not allowed
under state law, Vegas Hot Spots, LLC maximum liability shall not exceed the
amount of the service charges paid to Vegas Hot Spots, LLC for the services
rendered.
